  • Improving mood – rhythmic and repetitive action of knitting and crocheting elicit the relaxation response
  • Improving memory and decreasing risk of cognitive impairment
  • Improving math skills
  • Keeping fingers and hands nimble
  • Building community by sharing tips and techniques

Bring your needles, hooks, and works in process to the Moorestown Library to start the week in a more mellow mood. Facilitated by Marilyn Fishman.
