Reserve a study room

Study rooms can be reserved for a maximum of two hours per day, three times per week, up to fourteen days in advance. When not occupied, the rooms are available for walk-in use (sign in at the Adult Reference Desk first.) If the reserver has not arrived within the first 15 minutes of the reservation, the room will become available to other patrons.

Study rooms can be reserved online, in person or by calling the Reference Desk at 856-234-0333 ext 2.  Patrons will be asked to provide their name, email address, and the date and time they wish to reserve the room.

Room requirements:

  • Maximum occupancy may not exceed two persons.
  • Rooms are not sound-proof and must be used quietly.
  • No signs may be posted.
  • Patrons reserving the room must be 14 or older.
  • Rooms must be vacated by the library’s closing time.

The library reserves the right to assign the study room for library-sponsored programs or meetings.
