“Two strangers who meet five times” wins gold medal at Manhattan Short 2018

From the Manhattan Short website:

New York NY Oct 7, 2018: “Two Strangers Who Meet Five Times” directed by Marcus Marcou (UK), was crowned the gold medal winner of the 21st Annual MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival.

Only three votes separated second and third place. The Silver Medal went to “Chuchatage” directed by Barnabás Tóth (Hungary) by just 3 votes (yes that’s how close it was and yes every vote does count) to “Baghead” directed by Alberto Corredor Marina who won the Bronze Medal. The Gold Medal for Best Actor went to ten year old Felix Grenier for his breakout performance in (Fauve).

Thanks to everyone who attended the library’s screenings this year!
