Heart disease kills 1 in 4 Americans. A sobering statistic. Many of us know that heart disease can be prevented through diet and exercise, but did you know that it can also be reversed? In this session, Tim will review how you can prevent, but also reverse this deadly disease by consuming nutrient-dense foods. Free sample meal plans and grocery lists will be provided for all participants, to help make this easy for anyone wanting to take a step in the right direction!
